FreeLunchLine on the Radio!!!

Hey guys, we are very excited to announce that FreeLunchLine can now be heard on the radio... ok, not quite, it's an internet/satellite based "radio" station from the UK. The URL is http://www.pulserated.com there is a listening station there. The best of all it's FREE to download and listen!!! Check on the Indie or Pop line-up of the controller. It's set to random play, so honestly we're not sure exactly when we will be playing, but hey there's lots of great music playing, to listen through. (It sure beats K101 for your daytime at work listening pleasure). Drop us a line when you can. And be on the lookout for local radio stations to play some FLL favorites... we're pushing hard to make their line-up... If you guys want you can always call-in and request a song or two, or three, or four... ;-)

Alright kids... just say not to drugs, and drink milk; it makes a body good!

FreeLunchLine: the history of the name!

As the story goes...
a couple of broke a** kids from east oakland had a couple of choices for lunch while attending some of oakland's finest public insitutions of learning. One was to buy your lunch, or if you had no money then you had the Free Lunch... two different lines you know. The ladder result was one of being labeled as uncool as possible... just as bad as wearing "Pro-Wings" (for those that can remember these fine shoes from Payless Shoe source, and no offense to those who did or still wear some)...
That's pretty much where it came from... so in honor of our past and to kids everywhere who endure this everyday, we now proclaim that it's cool to be part of the "FreeLunchLine"!!!

Hey All!

July 4th, 2006... our new baby was born, she was 12 songs long, and weighed in about 45 minutes worth of musical bliss...

yeah, yeah, yeah. so i am not the poet in the group. Regardless... Our CD was launched on July 4th... whoooo hoooo. (fireworks were set off across the country becuase of this event, cool.)

Check out the site, the myspace site, and buy the album, or at least download a couple songs at iTunes. Pass the word around, it would be un-American not to do so.

Drop us some lines when you can, we would love to hear from you... your fans... Ernesto and Mario from FLL.
